Mosaic Beauty
RLC_Mosaic.jpg : 640×480, 69.9 KB

I’ve always been a sucker for a nicely done faux mosaic. There is little to say about this one but: however you believe I went about creating it, you’d be wrong! I took the long way ’round to generate the tile-like fragments in her features, but I feel came to a more original effect than any filter or plugin could produce. I won’t claim it’s realistic or even brilliant, but it’s rather uncommon—which is all I wanted.

I may believe that you created this image organically if you didn’t make it a point that you took “the long way around” without exposing even the most minute details of your process…instead of explaining what you didn’t do. Bottom line,I think this image is probably a scanned image imported into photoshop then a click of the button and BAM! You have a faux mosaic image. If I am wrong, please correct me.
